Today I came up with a list of possible 21 Days creative adventures. Here they are in no particular order:
Gratitude Photos
Hand Painted Photos
Learn to Draw
Painted Paper Palooza
Nature Photo Walks
Art Journalling
Collage a Day
Mini Painting a Day
Keeping a Sketchbook (different from an art journal)
Craft a Day With My Kids (I think I'm crazy to consider this one)
Learn Photoshop Elements
Learn Lightroom 3 (another photo editing program)
Learn How to Use My Bamboo Craft Pad (its for the computer)
These are all things that interest me or things I feel I need to do in order to become a better artist. I will announce my first 21 Days Project by the end of the week.
In my home life I am trying to adapt this concept as well. I am attempting to cook for my family for 21 days in a row. We are definitely too prone to take-out. I'm not the best planner and cooking for the family needs some planning ahead. I have also chosen to stop recording a couple of news shows I watch for 21 days. I'm addicted to tv watching. I know, I know. Not a good use of my time. The shows have been deleted from my DVR to-do list and I will just have to check my phone for the latest news. I have an app for that. So, are you taking on a 21 Days Project? Does one from the above list intrigue you or have you thought of one of your own? Leave a comment and let me know.
I am a fellow Brave Girl...and I LOVE this project...I want to do it too.......
ReplyDeleteCool!
ReplyDeleteYesterday, I sat down to say thank you for you kind words on FB. Here I am again today. But this time I'll actually get it written.
ReplyDeleteNice to meet you. Yes, you are just down the road. I am actually in Apex.
Bravo to you for taking the step of starting your blog. I look forward to seeing some of your art.
LOVE the idea of this 21 days project. I have a gratitude journal & I used to do a "collage a day", but I struggle with consistency. Now is the time to work on that I guess.
Enjoy your weekend!
Flying over from Kelly Rae's class. I LOVE the 21 Days Project! I think I'll adapt it to suit my own creative needs, if you don't mind. That is, once we find a house and get moved -- Hubby just got a job 120 miles away from where we currently live. So, it's imperative that we move soon.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration! I'll let you know what I choose and how it goes.
You are brilliant!!! I absolutely love this idea. You should put it out there as a blog challenge and everyone can photos. I am inspired by this idea, I think I will make a list myself. Thank You! I am going to follow you on this one.
ReplyDeleteAgain...just Brilliant my friend!
@Cindy. I think it's awesome that you want to adapt this idea. I would love to hear what you come up with and maybe I will try out your challenge. @Deborah, you are so sweet! @All who posted; your support means so much. I really appreciate it. Thank you.
